Mini MBA
Overview
The Mini MBA is a graduate-level business program. Although it does not result in a degree, it may be considered a quick alternative to the traditional MBA program. The Mini MBA focuses on the core modules of the traditional MBA to ensure qualifying the students in the management field.
Program Objectives
IN THIS program, PARTICIPANTS WILL:
- Understand the basic principles of Management and the best business practices.
- Gain a practical understanding of the fundamental business principles: Business Strategic Management, finance, accounting, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, and Project Management.
- Learn the language and skills needed to effectively and fully participate in today’s decision-making process.
- Develop his leadership character.
- Have a clear understanding of how the business works and how it sustains profitability.
- Have a clear view of the whole business cycle
- Able to take the proper decisions, take corrective actions and set business priorities.
- Able to put an effective strategy plan, properly implement and follow up.
- Able to manage his business efficiently.
